Terms of Use

1. Agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and IMCO Tech LLC, United Arab Emirates ("we"), for the use of Dovriq. By creating an account you accept them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.
2. The service
Dovriq helps you manage your email, calendar, follow-ups and meetings using artificial intelligence. We may add, change or remove features, and some features are still being built.
3. Your account
You must be at least 18 and give accurate details, including a valid email address. Keep your password private; you are responsible for what is done with your account. Connect only mailboxes you are allowed to use.
4. Your approval and responsibility
Dovriq prepares drafts, summaries, translations, transcripts and suggestions automatically. They can be incomplete or wrong, so review them before relying on them. Nothing is sent or scheduled until you approve it, and you are responsible for the content you approve and for its consequences.
5. Not professional advice
Nothing Dovriq produces is legal, financial, medical, tax or other professional advice. Check important matters with a qualified person.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use Dovriq to send spam, break the law, infringe the rights of others, or harm the service or try to break into it or into other people's accounts. You confirm that you have the right to send what you send and to contact the people you contact. We may suspend accounts that break these rules. Each plan includes a set number of mailboxes. Use far beyond normal personal use, such as automated bulk processing, may be limited; we will contact you first.
7. Trial, subscription and payment
New accounts can start a 7-day free trial after confirming their email address and adding a payment card. Voice commands are available only to subscribers, not during the trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription starts automatically at the price of the plan you choose, as shown in the app (at the time of writing: Pro, USD 29.99 per month for up to 2 mailboxes; Pro Plus, USD 49.99 per month for up to 5) and renews every month until cancelled. Taxes may apply. We will tell you before a price change takes effect. If a price is shown in error, we may correct it before charging. Purchases made through Apple or Google are also subject to their terms. You can pay monthly, or yearly in advance at a lower price; yearly plans renew every year. Business plans are agreed with us separately.
8. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your plan stays active until the end of the period already paid. We do not refund part of a month or unused time, except where the law requires it. Our cancellation and refund policy gives the details. This also applies to yearly plans: if you cancel during the year, your plan stays active until the end of the year already paid, and the remaining months are not refunded. If you delete your account, your access ends at once, any renewal is cancelled, and the unused part of the period already paid is not refunded.
9. Services of other companies
Dovriq depends on services we do not control, including Gmail, Outlook and Microsoft 365, our mail connection provider, artificial intelligence and speech providers, and payment providers. Their own terms apply to your use of them. We are not responsible for their outages, errors, changes or decisions, including a decision to limit or withdraw Dovriq's access, and features that rely on them may change or stop as a result.
10. Delivery of your messages
When you approve a message, we pass it to your email provider. We do not control whether it is delivered, delayed or filtered as spam, or what recipients do with it.
11. Your content and ours
Your emails, recordings and other content remain yours. You allow us to process them only to provide the service to you. Dovriq, its name, logo and software belong to IMCO Tech LLC.
12. Your responsibility towards us
To the extent the law allows, you will compensate us for claims and losses caused by content you approve, by your breach of these terms, or by your breach of the law.
13. Limits of liability
We work to keep Dovriq accurate and available, but it is provided as it is, without a guarantee that it will be free of errors or interruptions. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, business or data. If it is proven that we are at fault, our total liability to you is limited to an amount equal to three months of your subscription fees. Nothing in these terms limits rights that you have under consumer protection law and that cannot be limited.
14. Events beyond our control
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as failures of the internet or of other companies' services, natural disasters, or decisions of authorities.
15. Suspension and ending
You can stop using Dovriq and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Sharjah, and the courts of Sharjah have jurisdiction over any dispute.
