Cancellation and refunds

1. Free trial
The 7-day free trial starts once you confirm your email address and add a payment card. You are not charged during the trial. Unless you cancel before it ends, your subscription starts automatically and you are charged the monthly price.
2. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancelling stops the next renewal. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
3. Refunds
We do not refund part of a month or unused time. If the law gives you a right to a refund, we will honour it.
4. Yearly plans
A yearly plan is paid once, in advance, for 12 months at a lower price. If you cancel during the year, you keep full access until the end of that year; the remaining months are not refunded, and the plan does not renew.
5. Deleting your account
Deleting your account ends your access immediately and cancels any future renewal. The unused part of a period you have already paid for, monthly or yearly, is not refunded. If you only want to stop paying, cancel your subscription instead and keep using Dovriq until the end of the paid period.
6. Purchases through Apple or Google
If you subscribed in the iPhone or Android app, Apple or Google handles your payment. Cancel from your Apple or Google account settings; their refund policies apply.
