Delete your account
From the app
Sign in, open My account, and choose Delete account. Confirm, and your account is deleted at once.
By email
If you cannot sign in, write to support@dovriq.com from the email address of your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We may ask you to confirm before we delete it.
What is deleted
Your account, your connected mailboxes and everything Dovriq stored for you: synced mail and calendar data, drafts, commitments, meeting recordings and their text, and your preferences. This is done within 30 days and cannot be undone.
Your subscription
Deleting your account cancels any future renewal. The unused part of the period already paid, monthly or yearly, is not refunded. To keep access until the end of the paid period, cancel your subscription instead of deleting your account.
What we keep
Invoices and payment records that the law requires us to keep, for as long as it requires.
Remove access in Google or Microsoft
To be sure, also remove Dovriq from the connected apps in your Google or Microsoft account settings. An active subscription made through Apple or Google must also be cancelled there.
