Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Dovriq is provided by IMCO Tech LLC, United Arab Emirates ("we"). This policy explains what we collect when you use Dovriq or our website, why, and the choices you have. Questions: privacy@dovriq.com.

2. What we collect

Account details: your email address, your chosen language and time zone. Passwords are stored only in hashed form by our sign-in provider.

Mailbox and calendar data, only after you connect an account: messages, their senders and recipients, attachment names, calendar events and the people invited to them.

Voice and meeting audio you record or upload, and the text produced from it.

Billing details, handled by our payment providers. We never see or store your full card number.

If you join the waitlist: your email address and language, used only to tell you when Dovriq opens.

Technical records needed to run and protect the service, such as sign-in times, errors and the actions you approve.

3. How we use it

Only to provide the features you use: ranking your inbox, summarising and translating messages, drafting replies, tracking follow-ups and commitments, managing your calendar and writing meeting minutes.

Dovriq never sends an email or a reply, and never creates an invitation, without your explicit approval of the exact content. If a draft changes, it needs your approval again.

We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or use your content to train artificial intelligence models.

4. Data from Google and Microsoft

Dovriq's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We apply the same limits to data from Microsoft accounts.

In particular, we use this data only to provide and improve the features you see in Dovriq. We transfer it only as needed to provide those features, to comply with the law, or as part of a merger or sale of the business with notice to you. No person at Dovriq reads your messages unless you ask us to for support, it is needed for security, or the law requires it.

5. Service providers

We use trusted providers to run Dovriq and share with each only what it needs: Supabase (database and sign-in), Vercel (hosting), Nylas (connection to Gmail and Outlook), Anthropic (language processing), Deepgram (speech to text), Stripe, Apple and Google (payments) and our email delivery provider. They act on our instructions, and we configure them so that your content is not used to train their models.

6. Storage and security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Inside our systems each part can reach only what it needs, and each account can reach only its own data. The keys that let Dovriq reach your mailbox are held by our mail connection provider, not in our database. Your data may be stored and processed outside your country.

7. How long we keep it

Mail and calendar data are kept while the account is connected. When you disconnect an account, its synced data is deleted within 30 days. Audio is deleted once its text has been produced. When you delete your Dovriq account, your data is deleted within 30 days, except records we must keep by law, such as invoices. Waitlist addresses are deleted on request, and are no longer used once you have been told that Dovriq is open.

8. Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to remember your language. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

9. Your choices

You can disconnect a mailbox, delete your account, or ask for a copy or a correction of your data at any time. You can also remove Dovriq's access from your Google or Microsoft account settings. To make a request, write to privacy@dovriq.com.

10. Children

Dovriq is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

11. Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date above and tell you in the app or by email before an important change takes effect.
