1. Approval before anything leaves
Your approval is checked by the database itself, not only by the app. It is tied to the exact text you saw: if anything changes, the approval is cancelled and a new one is needed. An approval expires after 10 minutes, and every step is recorded.
2. Only your own data
Each account can reach only its own data. This is enforced in the database and again on our servers.
3. Encryption
Data is encrypted while it travels and while it is stored.
4. Access to your mailbox
The keys that let Dovriq reach your mailbox are held by our mail connection provider, not in our database. You can disconnect a mailbox at any time in Dovriq, and remove Dovriq's access from your Google or Microsoft account settings.
5. No selling, no training
We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or use your content to train artificial intelligence models, and we configure our providers so that they do not either.
6. Deletion
Disconnecting a mailbox deletes its synced data within 30 days. Deleting your account deletes your data within 30 days, except invoices that the law requires us to keep. Audio is deleted once its text has been produced.
7. Report a security issue
If you find a security problem, please write to support@dovriq.com. We will look into every report.
